Fruit bouquet was left on my front steps for I don't know how long. They didn't even ring the bell to let me know it was delivered. The chocolate covered items were "sweaty" as it was in the 50s yesterday and bled all over the other fruit. The pineapple and strawberries had brown edges and the bottom of the container had a huge wedge of lettuce in it to hold the skewers in place. 😳 After reading the other reviews, seems like this is a common occurrence for them and trying to reach them is a waste of time. Since it was a gift, I can't do much but complain and warn others to not use this place. My son started his order on the Edible Arrangements page and was redirected here. I'm in New Jersey and have no idea how they routed his order to Staten Island. I'll be contacting all the sites listed on the delivery card to lodge my complaint as well.

My wife received a fruit basket, unfortunately, a significant portion of the fruit in the basket was not edible. The fruit arrived warm, not cool, around 6 p.m. The pineapple was brown on the backside and tips, and the strawberries, including the chocolate-covered ones, also had brown spots. Only the grapes and melon appeared to be in good condition. We discarded most of it. The more concerning issue, however, was the interaction my wife had with a salesperson during a follow-up call, the salesperson was overly defensive and insisted on a picture. The salesperson also stated she would send a picture she had to 1-800-Flowers if my wife complained to them, which we found surprising and unprofessional. My wife was simply trying to provide feedback and was not seeking a replacement. We have tried to reach out to the owner several time with no success.

We had them do balloons and ice cream for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. So professional and easy to work with. Went out of their way to communicate and were on time and the balloons looked amazing. Will be using them for all our party needs.

I can’t say enough great things about Danielle and her team. They were so incredibly responsive and created exactly what we wanted for our theme. They checked in frequently leading up to the event and had reasonable and transparent pricing. Set up and pick up after the event went flawlessly. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone needing balloons!

I received a big beautiful “get well”basket full of rotten strawberries! Very disgusted and disappointed. Someone sent that to me out of love and that’s what you all put together…
